In the applications, the measurement operator is always an approximation. The inaccuracy of the approximation may introduce the structured error and deteriorate the reconstruction results. In this talk, we discuss the effects of the approximated measurement operators in phase space tomography and quantitative susceptibility mapping. Meanwhile, the correction procedure is discussed and the experiments on both simulation and real data are present.
